Mailing List Members
Discover what mailing list members are and how to sign up for a mailing list.
Mailing list members are people that have registered for a particular list to get regular email messages, such as weekly newsletters. In case the software application that is used to manage the mailing list allows it, you can also include mailing list members manually, but in this case such email messages may be considered unsolicited and reported as spam by the users. Traditionally, these members can unsubscribe from a mailing list by clicking on a link in the email messages they get, or you, being the mailing list moderator, can remove them manually if they request this or in case you decide that some of the mailing list members should not belong to the list anymore. Each member will be able to view only their email address in the "To" section of the email messages they receive, but not the email addresses of the remaining mailing list members.

Mailing List Members in Cloud Web Hosting
Administering the subscribers for any electronic mailing list created under a
cloud web hosting account with our company is surprisingly easy. We use a feature-loaded piece of software called Majordomo – one of the most popular applications for creating and administering mailing lists available on the marketplace. It will allow you to import, to delete or to view all the mailing list subscribers by simply sending an email to majordomo@your-domain.com. Newly imported members need to verify their subscription, so you cannot just add an email address and begin sending regular email messages to it using a mailing list without the user’s consent. Should you face any problems, we’ve got an elaborate help article in the Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel that is included with each account, as well as a 24x7 tech support team, which will help you with any questions in regards to the mailing list options.
